GMU Downtown Airport Mini golf is a recreational development located in the Airport Rd Ext., and it is part of the Downtown Airport. The development intent is to is to develop the open space in the center of the new parking lot as an 19-hole mini golf course complete with concession building and future pavilions.
Sexton Design and Development provided Site Compliance Design Service including provide CAD mini golf layout plan, and site code review to satisfy City of Greenville site development requirements. Sexton Design and Development utilized provided CAD survey data, sketch, civil engineering drawing, site plan and architectural plans to create base drawing, develop the mini golf layout plan, and prepare final permit documents for site development include final layout plan, to address all site development requirement codes necessary to obtain City of Greenville approval.
